During my stay at this hotel, I loved the close proximity to the thermal spa pools. Being able to access the pools through underground passages was so convenient, and as a hotel guest, I even had an early morning slot reserved just for me. The balcony in my room was also a great asset, providing shade and allowing me to enjoy the beautiful evenings with live music. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the evening meal with the buffet salad and dessert was equally satisfying. Additionally, the hotel provided robes and towels for the spa, which was a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.

We had an amazing time during our city break at this spa hotel. the proximity to the thermal pools was fantastic and we loved the fact that we had our own allocated time slots to enjoy them. the buffet breakfast was superb, offering a variety of fresh options that catered to all tastes.

the air con in the room didn't seem to work and it became quite warm during the heatwave.

I absolutely loved the convenience of the under-path that leads to the thermal spa. The all-inclusive option made things so simple and stress-free as I didn't have to worry about paying for the spa. I also appreciate the use of the chip watch which made things easy around this hotel. The hotel was full of everything a parent needs if they are travelling with infants, such as bassinets, cribs, and milk warming stations. Additionally, the location of this hotel was excellent, as it was close to everything I needed and even had transportation options available.
